Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things

I've just got round to uploading a load of photos from my visit to the Museo Nacional de Antropologia, in Mexico City earlier this year, possibly the best museum I have ever been to. You could spend a week in the museum, such is the wealth of artefacts on display, but unfortunately the Very Understanding Girlfriend and I had only a single day, so the photos tend to be a bit heavy on the Pre-Classic, Teotihuacan, Toltec and Mexica exhibitions.

I've also added a few more photos of the Maya Ruins at Palenque, taken with my proper camera before the battery died and reduced me to using my iPhone.

On a cold Dublin day like today it lights a happy little fire inside of me as I think back to the steamy jungles of Chiapas.
